Sutton Ford Lincoln in Matteson, IL has a rare opportunity for an experience Service Advisor in or very busy and large south suburbs Ford Lincoln Dealership with HIGH VOLUME TRAFFIC. The goal of this position is to assist our customers with all of their service needs. That means building loyalty and trust, and creating an overall positive experience, including maintaining a very high level of customer satisfaction.
WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER APPLICANTS WITH DEALERSHIP SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE!
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work with little supervision
The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience in the automotive industry, specifically in a Car Dealership Service Department
Responsibilities:
Working with Appointment Coordinators and Technicians
Generating estimates
Conducting post-repair follow-up
Resolving customer complaints
